The problem and the solution

When the standard catalogue is not enough

A custom dosing line is not a luxury — it is necessary when the product, formulation or manufacturing logic contains variables that an off-the-shelf product cannot handle.

Typical challenges

Constantly changing formulations and mixed batch sizes — the standard machine cannot keep up.

Unique material properties: high viscosity, reactive ingredients, light-sensitive or heat-sensitive products.

Confined plant space, specific hygiene requirements (GMP, ATEX), or the need to integrate with an existing line.

The previous supplier did not understand the plant logic — the machine exists but production is not optimal.

What Nordexa delivers

Engineering consultation from day one — not a template quote, but a real on-site needs assessment.

Modular internal architecture: the system is bespoke, but the modules are proven — lower risk, better serviceability.

Own manufacturing in Székesfehérvár — no subcontractor chain, quality stays in our hands.

Lifecycle guarantee: we do not disappear after handover — service, parts and expandability for decades.

How we work

Steps of a custom project

No surprises — at every phase you know what is happening, when and why.

01

On-site needs assessment

Our engineers visit the plant, learn about the product, material, existing infrastructure and manufacturing logic. Not an email questionnaire — a personal consultation.

1–3 days
02

Concept and technical proposal

Validated solution concept, 3D layout design, refined schedule and detailed quotation. At this point you decide — not beforehand.

2–4 weeks
03

Detailed design and manufacturing

Own design and manufacturing capacity in Székesfehérvár. Regular status updates, milestone photos, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) open to the client.

4–10 months
04

On-site installation and SAT

Delivery, assembly, connection, Site Acceptance Test — together with your team, documented. We only hand over when the system performs.

2–4 weeks
05

Training and lifecycle activation

Operator and maintenance training, documentation handover, lifecycle contract activation. This is not the end — it is the beginning.

Where we apply it

A custom dosing line is justified wherever the formulation, material or batch size does not fit a standard solution.

Show us the challenge — we will solve it.

The first consultation is free and non-binding. Our engineers visit the plant and bring a real solution concept — not a template proposal.
