The first consultation typically takes 1–2 hours and is conducted on-site — our engineers visit the plant, learn about the product, material and manufacturing logic. We then send a feasible, validated concept and quotation within 2–4 weeks. This is free and non-binding.

For standard equipment we handle orders from approximately €50,000 investment. For custom and modular projects the average project size is €250,000 – €2M. If you are unsure whether your project reaches this level, tell us about it and we will assess.

For standard platforms (NX-Fill L, NX-Dose G) the lead time is 4–12 weeks. For modular systems: 3–9 months. For fully custom projects: 6–14 months from design to SAT. For urgent requirements we will honestly tell you what is feasible.

Yes — for active projects we actively encourage client presence at the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test). We also organise regular plant visits for prospective clients, where you can see the manufacturing process and the status of current projects.

We primarily manage the lifecycle of our own machines. Third-party equipment can be taken on under individual agreements, but this requires mechanical documentation. Please contact Attila Molnár with service requirements.
